With a normal hourly removal service, customers often feel time and cost pressure. Boxes are still open, furniture is not ready.
For a Fixed price, we drop off a 35 cubic meter MR removalist truck at your place early in the morning.You load your belongings throughout the day, without feeling rushed or worrying about the hourly rate running.
Once the truck is ready, we pick it up and deliver it to your new place.
We handle the driving. We also provide printed truck-packing instructions to help you load safer and make a better use of the space.
This is a great budget option for people who want to save money on a family move, while organizing everything with no rush.

Some Basic Rules

Truck cabin remains locked and monitored: The truck cabin is locked at all times and only our team can drive the vehicle. You can only access the loading area.

Safe and legal parking access required: The truck must be parked in a safe and legal location. We cannot leave the truck in prohibited areas, unsafe spots, clearways, or places that may block traffic.

No dangerous or illegal items: Flammable, explosive, hazardous, leaking, or dangerous items cannot be loaded into the truck. Illegal items or substances must not be transported under any circumstances.

No heavy machinery or oversized commercial equipment: This service is designed for household goods and normal furniture. Heavy machinery, industrial equipment, engines, forklift loads or extremely heavy items are not suitable.

Items must be packed and secured properly: Customers are responsible for packing, wrapping and securing their belongings inside the truck. Please make sure boxes are closed, fragile items are protected, and furniture is loaded safely.

The truck must be returned empty and tidy inside: All items must be unloaded at the delivery address before we collect the empty truck. The load area must be returned to the same cleaning condition as it was before. Blankets must be folded and stacked. Extra charge of $1.99 each blanket not folded (for hassle-free). Also, extra if requires cleaning inside.

Collection time: The empty truck collection is 8 pm, we can offer an extension for next day for a extra shown on your quote.

Loading and unloading labour is not included. If you need help with some heavy lifting, extra labour may be available for $50 per hour, subject to availability around the pick-up and drop-off time only.
